HR Business Partner - Banking

Responsibilities:
- Act as the business partner of business unit to offer advice and solutions on HR related matters
- Provide value-added HR advisory to designated business unit on manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention and performance management
- Assist in drafting and reviewing HR polices, ensuring compliance to HK employment ordinance and other local regulations
- Administer monthly payroll, attendance & leave management, group insurance schemes, MPF and tax returns
- Complete monthly payroll with accuracy and timely manner by close working with the outsourced Payroll Provider
- Coordinate with HQ Training and Development Team to deliver training initiatives and facilitate new hire trainings
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 10 years’ relevant HR experience in banking or financial sector
- Positive attitude, proactive, fast paced and a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in HR systems is a plus
- People Management experience preferred, coaching, training and mentoring staff
- Excellent language skills in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent organizational management skills
