Collecting Your Data

In order to provide our recruitment services we may collect a certain amount of personal information from you. This information may include your name, address, employment history, academic and professions qualifications, languages and other skills as well as contact information. Other information we may collect or determine from your personal information may include your age, nationality and gender, compensation details and references from third parties. We may also gather information from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, Google, Company websites, press and periodicals and other publicly available sources as well as third parties such as sources/referees.

Where we provide coaching or assessments, we may also collect your sensitive data such as hobbies and personal preferences.

Using Your Data

Processing of personal data involves analysing, storing and sharing your personal data. Where you have given us consent to provide services to you, we may share your information with potential third party employers, services providers and referees when performing background checks, assessing your suitability for potential roles and opportunities, evaluating employer demand and verify references.

Your data may also be stored in third party cloud services or systems such email, office applications and cloud folders during the normal course of business.

Your personal information may also be used anonymously and in the aggregate in order to put together industry, marketing and employment statistics.

We do not sell your information to third parties or use the information for purposes that are incompatible with those set forth in this policy.

To match candidate profiles to current opportunities we may transfer your personal data to clients and partners in countries outside the European Economic Area. These countries’ privacy laws may be different from those in your home country. Where we transfer personal data to a country that has not been deemed to provide adequate data protection standards, we always have security measures and approved model clauses in place to protect your personal data.
